Series S-70 Floating Pier

An oil & gas services company used a Series S-70 Flexifloat® floating pier to support a 90-metric ton all terrain crane while installing a Flexifloat® drill barge in Congo, Africa. The 70’ x 60’, “T”-shaped configuration was anchored in place by two 24-inch diameter x 40-foot-long holding spuds. A pair of 20-foot-long Loading Ramp attachments provided a uniform approach for tractor-trailers backing up onto the pier from shore.
