Sand island marine construction

Based out of Friendship, ME, Sand Island Marine Construction acquired an S-70 Flexifloat assembly to construct new docks and bulkheads to support the local lobster industry.
The 60’ x 60’ x 7’ T-shaped spud barge pictured is supporting a Manitowoc 8500 crawler crane. The barge assembly was designed to keep inclination to a minimum and allow for additional material and equipment storage.
