Pump Platform in Pennsylvania Pond

Buzzi Unicem USA uses a Series S-50 platform to support four 12-ton vertical pumps to control the water level in a pond at one of their cement plants. A centrally located 30′ x 10’ moon pool is designed into the Flexifloat® assembly to provide pump inlet access to the water. Outboard floats offer additional deck area to support discharge piping and allow safe equipment access for maintenance.
